We founded Dusk Mobile to solve a growing challenge across field-based industries: work was trapped in emails, spreadsheets, legacy systems, and disconnected processes. These gaps created delays, inconsistent data, and reduced visibility for teams trying to plan and execute complex work programs.
From the beginning, we partnered closely with customers to understand their workflows, reduce manual effort, and help them modernise their technology landscape. Our Services Centre of Excellence (SCoE) provided design, integration, training, and support to ensure smooth adoption and long-term success.
As customers grew, so did their requirements. Many needed real-time visibility, faster scheduling, automated dispatch, and accurate field data capture. To meet these needs, we built Dusk FSM—our own configurable and API-enabled mobile field service platform designed for distributed teams.
