Our Story
Dusk Mobile began in 2013 with a clear purpose: to build a mobile field service platform that helps organisations modernise operations, improve data quality, and transform how teams plan, schedule, and deliver work. Today, Dusk FSM supports field service management, project operations, and workforce automation across utilities, construction, infrastructure, and service-based industries.

How Dusk Mobile Started
We founded Dusk Mobile to solve a growing challenge across field-based industries: work was trapped in emails, spreadsheets, legacy systems, and disconnected processes. These gaps created delays, inconsistent data, and reduced visibility for teams trying to plan and execute complex work programs.
From the beginning, we partnered closely with customers to understand their workflows, reduce manual effort, and help them modernise their technology landscape. Our Services Centre of Excellence (SCoE) provided design, integration, training, and support to ensure smooth adoption and long-term success.
Building the Dusk FSM Platform
As customers grew, so did their requirements. Many needed real-time visibility, faster scheduling, automated dispatch, and accurate field data capture. To meet these needs, we built Dusk FSM—our own configurable and API-enabled mobile field service platform designed for distributed teams.
Dusk FSM supports the full lifecycle of work. Teams can create, assign, track, and invoice jobs in real time. The platform replaces manual processes with automation, structured workflows, and a single source of truth that improves consistency and predictability across operations.
Over time, the platform expanded to include project management, workforce rostering, time and attendance, route optimisation, and AI-powered job automation.
