A: Yes, even though the plan is free for up to 10 Staff, we have an onboarding pack available for purchase from $10,000. The Launch plan onboarding packages are a slightly higher investment than the onboarding packs for our Essentials, Growth and Enterprise Plans.

 

Q: Can I purchase additional Dusk FSM platform users for the Essentials and Growth plan, if I’m not ready to move between plans yet?
A: Yes, these can be purchased for $75 USD per user per month and can be administered by your team in the Billing section.
