  • notify you about changes to our services or website;
  • ensure that content from our website is presented in the most effective manner for you and your computer;

Do we use cookies?

We may use cookies on our website, and by using our website, you consent to us doing so.

“Cookies” refers to text files containing small amounts of information which are downloaded to your computer when you visit a website.  They are then sent back to the originating web domain on your subsequent visits to the website.  Cookies are industry standard and are used by most websites.

We may also use web beacons (being small pieces of code that are contained in emails and web pages and allow a website to transfer or collect information such as whether an email is opened or links are clicked upon) to determine which emails and web pages are interesting to you.  This is the same reason we may use cookies on our website.

Our use of cookies and web beacons may require the involvement of third parties (and may include allowing third parties to place cookies and web beacons on your computer or device).  We will only allow third parties to do so for the purposes of assisting us to provide or improve the provision of our products and services to you, display personalised information and to assist us to audit, measure and analyse usage across our website. We may combine our cookies with the cookies of third parties to provide more relevant services and information to you on our website.

If you do not wish to have information collected through the use of cookies (or mobile measurement software should you access our website through a mobile or tablet device), there is a simple procedure in most browsers (or the settings section of mobile and tablet devices), that allows you to deny or accept cookies (or mobile measurement software features).  Please note however that if you disable cookies (and mobile measurement software), features on our website may not work properly.

Will we share your personal data with outside parties?

We may disclose personal information to:

      • third parties who we have engaged to provide you with goods or services on our behalf, for the purposes of helping us provide you with the requested goods or services, or so that they can contact you in relation to the goods or services (in these circumstances we will make reasonable endeavours through contractual arrangements to ensure compliance by the third party with applicable privacy laws);
      • relevant public authorities, our legal representatives or other concerned parties in special situations where either:
        • we have reason to believe that disclosing your personal information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against anyone damaging, injuring or interfering (intentionally or unintentionally) with our rights or property, users or anyone else who could be harmed by such activities; or
        • we believe, in good faith, that the law requires disclosure.
